What's included in implementation support?
45 minutes per week with an experienced compliance consultant who helps you through training, gap analysis, policy documentation, control implementation, and audit preparation. It's not a chatbot — it's real expertise, guiding you from kickoff to certification.
What happens after I get certified?
Your implementation subscription includes 1 year of Velador access. After certification, you can switch to a Certified plan to maintain your ISMS at a lower monthly cost, switch to a different GRC platform, or run your own ISMS with Google Docs, SharePoint, Notion, or whatever tool you prefer.
What if certification takes longer than a year?
Most organisations complete certification within 3–9 months. If you need more time, we'll work with you to find a solution. We're here to help you succeed, not to rush you.
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany). We use EU-only infrastructure with no data transfers outside the European Economic Area.
